Payment & Policies
I invoice you directly after each service. Cleaning supplies are included in your per-clean price, and guest amenities (shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper goods, coffee) are included with your Essential or Premier membership — no handling fee, no markup. Members are invoiced monthly.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a turnover without a fee. Same-day or emergency turnovers may incur an additional charge.
Standard pricing covers properties left in ordinary guest condition. Heavy mess, party cleanup, biohazards, or damage are quoted separately — with photos — before billing.
You keep full control of reservations, bookings, and rental income. I handle cleaning and property support only — I never collect rent or manage guest bookings.
