Owner Guide
In about two minutes, you send Ann one link from your listing. From then on, she sees every upcoming check-in and check-out automatically — so there’s no need to text or call her each time a guest books. It’s free, it’s safe, and it works whether you list on Airbnb, Vrbo, Evolve, or Booking.com.
The Idea
No passwords, ever
Owners never share login details. They share a read-only calendar link that only shows busy/booked dates.
No new software for owners
They stay on Airbnb, Vrbo, or Evolve exactly as they do today. Nothing changes for them.
Free to run
Uses Google Calendar, which is free. No monthly platform fees for calendar sync.
For Property Owners
Find your listing's calendar link on whichever platform you use, then email or text it to Ann. Here's exactly where to look.
In plain terms
Your listing has a shareable calendar link — a web address that ends in .ics. Copy it and send it to Ann. That’s it. The link only shows which nights are booked. It does not share guest names, messages, or passwords, so it’s safe to email or text.
Already on a platform?
If you manage your listing through a property management platform, you have two easy options. Ann never needs developer or partner access for either — these are built-in sharing features.
Export your property’s iCal link (PM → Calendar → Export) and send it to Ann. Works exactly like the Airbnb/Vrbo path above.
Richest — team accessProperties → click your property → Export calendar → Copy iCal. Send it to Ann.
Richest — team accessRealistic Expectations
It can
Show upcoming check-ins, check-outs, and gaps between stays — enough to plan most of your cleaning schedule without calling each owner.
It can't
Update in real time. iCal feeds refresh every few hours, so a booking made today may not show up until later. Some feeds only show “blocked” nights, not guest details.
Still need a call for
Same-day turns, last-minute bookings, and early/late check-ins. Ask owners to text you for anything inside a 24-hour window.

If a step doesn't match what you see on your screen — platforms move their menus sometimes — just reach out and I'll walk you through it.
